It is an excel file that can be edited to meet your specific needs; however, you are likely to find it to be adequate as is. It displays your estimated and actual wedding budget costs as you enter them. It also keeps track of your total wedding costs.
Moreover, it helps you figure out how much of your total wedding budget should be applied to each aspect of your wedding planning (attire, transportation, music, reception, photography, etc.).

Thank you this spreadsheet was just what I needed.
I believe this is helpful but I am really looking for a spreadsheet that you can put all the venues on together and get a grand picture of which one offers what and the costs. Is there anything like that in a template out there?
